We work with couples at all stages of life and relationships. Some of our couples are embarking on a new lifelong commitment together. We also see many couples who just want more out of their relationships–a closer connection, better communication, or new ways, skills, and understandings to address common challenges. Prepare/Enrich
This goal of this program is to lay the foundation for a strong, happy relationship and to nurture long-term, committed relationships. Prepare/Enrich is a scientifically-developed developed program that has been shown to do the following:
- Improve relationship skills such as communication and conflict resolution

- Significantly improve relationship satisfaction

Gottman Method Couples Therapy
The Gottman Method is a research-based method of couples therapy that uses the Sound Relationship House metaphor to strengthen and improve couple relationships. Emotionally Focused Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy is a research-based method of couples therapy that can strengthen the bonds of attachment and connection in couple relationships and allow partners to improve their communication skills. Often distressed couples are wrestling with the relationship question, “Are you really there for me?” Through Emotionally Focused Therapy couples can learn to:
- Understand their own reactions and responses to their partner
