Standard fees for licensed Therapists are $160 per 50-minute session; $130 for Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapists; and $75 for pre-licensed Therapist Trainees in the process of completing a Masters or Doctoral program. All pre-licensed therapists conduct therapy under weekly supervision of a licensed therapist. In addition to weekly supervision, pre-licensed Therapist Trainees are enrolled in university courses where cases are discussed with feedback provided by professors and colleagues.
Fee reductions are available on a very limited, short-term basis and are subject to approval. Let us know if you need to complete an Application for Fee Reduction.
With the exception of Tricare, Restored Connections therapists do not work directly with insurance. However, we can provide you with a Superbill receipt that reflects dates, services provided, diagnosis codes, and therapist name and license. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible that reimbursement for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
